We only gather the information needed to make an informed assessment about whether support can be provided. We usually do this via our easy-to-complete online applications to access support. Other options, such as paper or telephone-based applications are also available if this meets your key objectives.
Behind the scenes, our highly personalised service to your customers combines modern technology with the best aspects of human intervention to keep the process quick and simple to validate whether your client’s application meets the ‘rules’ of your scheme. Our validation process is as individual as your requirements and is tailored to make sure the right support gets to the right people.
As the final part of the end-to-end service, once we confirm that help and support can be provided we deliver this to the end customer as efficiently as possible. For example, this might be within a few minutes for an emergency payment to be collected at a local Post Office, to a few days to arrange delivery and installation of a new washing machine. We benchmark our delivery standards to ensure that the end customer receives the best support from Charis.
